If you decide to cancel a portrait after the deposit has been paid then a charge will be made for work already done.
All portraits are sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. If a painting is damaged in transit then it must be returned in the original packaging and a repair will be done. If a repair is not possible then a replacement will be provided.
The artist retains full copyright on all paintings. Copies cannot be made without the artist's permission. Limited edition prints of your portrait can be purchased from the artist.
All original photographs received by post are returned by recorded delivery once the painting is complete.
The artist is not liable for delays in completion caused by events beyond the artist's control.
